CashSwing another paying site seems to have given up. Some will call it just another failed business. Some will say scam. I will say this...the original owner probably didn't mean for the site to turn into a scam. However members feel they were scammed.

Domain [1] has been created on 17/02/2009, carrying a secret 2-month test phase before going public. The website is powered by SDR and hosted at RyleeJames.
Public pre-launch began April 25, 2009, with the official launch one week later.
The website suffered a major design overhaul by Origin in August 13, 2009, and stuck to it ever since.
Account balance purchases do have a 5% discount so it is an incentive for advertisers to earn a little bit as members, splitting their income between ads and cashouts (and vice-versa as members also may want to advertise).
