General information:
CashOClick is a PTC site where you you get paid to view ads from a desktop, or mobile device. The ads are also forced focus. When viewing the ads there is no countdown timer. So you are left waiting and for the ad to validate.
CashOClick script is most likely custom made. Site launched September 2014. According to paypal payments they are coming from David Cognard of France. However at the bottom of the terms it states
"CashOClicK Cheong Sun Tower Hong Kong"
Cashouts
Minimum cashout is $2 for first payment and increases by $1 for each cashout till a fixed amount of $10.
