Admin was not very active on his site. Site was abandoned.
General information:
KutaiBux - domain had been registered on 03.06.2010, Whois information is private. The Kutaibux.com admin had another PTC site with the name kutaibux.info which is closed now. Admin blames PTCpay.com in closure of the website. For more information about it you can read the discussion about it on EMS forum
KutaiBux began its work on October 2010. The website fully launched at November 1st 2010, members account balance's were not reset. KutaiBux is now paying it's members and payment proofs can be found on their forum
