The worker's proofs are auto approved if the employer did not interact, auto approve time is 7 Days.
For workers, they can exchange their earnings to deposited money, the only requirement is that the minimum earned should be $2.00. The Exchange Money is located in the Workers Menu.
Worker Reputation System : If a user submits proof which does not fulfil the requirements of the job, the employer will mark the proof as failed. In this event the reputation of a users account will be reduced. So what does this mean? 75% - 100% Reputation: Green status reputation will hold no restrictions on a user. Keep up the good work! 75% or Lower Reputation: Now a user has unsuccessfully completed 25% of their jobs they submitted, they are damaging the service we provide. This will result in the users account being disabled and banned.
Reputation rules will not be applied until a user has completed 10 jobs. Users are notified when reputation drops below 80%
If you want to show people your job, any advertising in general will be in Advertisement Section .

For Workers

Workers will gain money by completing small tasks which take minutes, each task will pay varied amount of money depending on the job. When a worker completes a job they will submit their proof to the employer, once approved the money will be instantly transferred to the workers account.
