NeoPTC.com domain name has been created on 2010-01-02.
NeoPTC look and feel resembles another popular website Adptc.com, both website use the same hosting provider (hostnoc.net), similar server IP's (NeoPTC.com: IP 64-120-169-185.hostnoc.net, AdPTC.com: IP 64-120-169-181.hostnoc.net) and both websites admins are Russian. So we may assume that both websites are connected. Their connection was also discussed on Earnmoneyspace.com
The owner denies any connection to other websites. We will keep this website in Suspect ones for now as AdPTC still has problems with payments to it's members.
